to know that viruses and spyware are very active on the internet
today. Viruses and spyware can cause internet, network, and general computer problems.
We are asking all of our customers that might
be having problems to first have your
computers checked for viruses and spyware, and install the
most recent updates available for your anti-virus and spyware scanning programs. Even though your anti-virus programs
may say that they update automatically, we still recommend doing a
manual update, as updates are available almost every day.
If you don't know how to update your anti-virus or spyware
software, please contact our Technical Support Center at
800-743-5707. They are available 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.
If you don't have an anti-virus or a spyware
scanning program, there are links below to download free versions of an
anti-virus and spyware software. You can also run a
virus scan online.
