We are now offering wireless Internet. bright.wireless service is a high-speed Internet access using radio frequency technology. It provides a constant connection, and there is no need for a phone line. To provide wireless service, an antenna is mounted on the outside of your home or business, a cable runs into the building, and a small radio is placed beside your computer. Before we install the wireless system, a member from our technical staff performs a free site analysis to ensure that we can provide a service to your location. Wireless service is currently available in and around Ottawa, Columbus Grove, Continental, and Van Wert.
Also in Van Wert, we are now offering a new non-line of site system. This means if you were previously turned down for wireless service due to distance or trees, it may work now. This system will penetrate trees and buildings much better than our previous system. If you would like more information on this new system, please call our office.
